What are your shipping rates? We offer competitive flat-rate shipping at $12.99 per case (7 lbs). While we don't offer free shipping thresholds, our consistent pricing makes it easy to calculate your total costs.

How quickly will my order ship? We process all orders within 24-48 hours. Shipping time varies by location, but our fulfillment center in Texas ensures efficient delivery across the US.

Do you ship internationally? We currently ship within the US only. However, international customers have options:

  • Canada, Europe, Netherlands: Order through our Faire marketplace
  • Asia & Australia: Contact wholesale@springlandpets.com for distributor information

Will I receive order confirmations? Yes! You'll get an order confirmation immediately, plus a shipping notification with tracking once your order ships. Don't see these emails? Check your spam folder or contact us at wholesale@springlandpets.com.

How do I access my wholesale account? Log in through our wholesale portal. New retailers can submit an application or email wholesale@springlandpets.com to activate their account.

Can you train my staff about your products? We love educated retail partners! We offer training videos for you and your team. Contact wholesale@springlandpets.com to access these resources.

GENERAL QUESTIONS

How do I arrange a brand collaboration? Contact social@springlandpets.com to discuss partnership opportunities.

Can I sell your products on Amazon or other marketplaces? No. Our products are exclusively for brick-and-mortar retailers and their connected websites. Unauthorized marketplace listings will be removed by our brand protection company and may result in revoked buying privileges.

Is my payment information secure? Yes! We don't store credit card information on file. You'll securely enter payment details with each order for maximum security.

Can I get product samples? Yes! We offer two sampling options:

  • First-time product samples: Email wholesale@springlandpets.com for a sample code (you cover shipping)
  • In-store tester bottles: Request a "Squeeze Me" demo bottle for customer testing
